1	Decide on your picture and scan it (many office supplies/copy shops can do this for you if you don’t have a scanner handy – eg. office works, worldwide printing).  Minimum 300 dpi. Save it as a jpeg.  Attach it to your email and send to info@limespider.com You can post the image to lime spider if you would prefer and we will scan it for you.  There is no additional charge for this – however it will add a few days to the process.  Postal address is Limespider, 74 Hume St, North Toowoomba, Qld, 4350.
				2	On receipt of your image – a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming, style, size and price.  An invoice for 50% deposit will be included.  Invoices and payments will be generated via paypal and YES we accept credit cards.
				3	Upon receipt of deposit, your piece will take approximately 10 working days (all pieces are designed and made entirely in Australia).  On completion you will be invoiced for the remaining 50%.
				4	Your piece will be delivered – gift boxed with personalized card to your door (or nominated address)
